The person that has the route in our area is constantly LATE with the delivery of the papers for purchase at the gas station in North Prairie. It used to get there by 8AM on Sundays...but now is as late as 9 AM. Local people are frustrated.

Gifted a subscription to a friend. They didn't bill me on the day that they stated they would.
Then they double-billed me without ever sending a single edition to my friend.
I spoke with customer service three times and still have not had the money that they robbed me of refunded, nor has my friend ever received a single edition. Criminal behavior and pathetic customer service.

I have not been reimbursed the amount of money that their Philippine office assessed to my card. The MKE office said they would address it.
And as of now it still stands as such. It is amazing how they can instantly charge you any amount, but getting them to reimburse you requires an act of Congress.
After several attempts to cancel the subscription on 9/11/24, I feel that a resolution may be forthcoming by contacting the MKE customer service team.

I had my paper on temporary hold. Delivery was to be restarted on July 7.
However, I have not received any paper yet. That's 3 days. I can only convey my problem to your machine. Then it responds, assuring how you care about your customers and that you will contact the carrier.

If there is it's days old. Their daily head lines and major articles are so out of touch with what's really important it's laughable! Example... With all that's going on today their front page headline story is about Mississippi river water.
Like living in Milwaukee I give a *** right now! Really! And their reporting bias is so far left it's like reading the Babylon Bee. Are these stories for real?...you have to ask yourself!
But what can one expect from a once great paper.. papers... Journal and Sentinel...that had real reporters instead of today's little libtard sycophants pushing the far left agenda ...

We used to have our paper delivered in our paper box. Lately, it has been thrown in our driveway or the last two times it was in the road and drivers had to avoid it!!!. I would like it to be put in the paper box.

Two days later the District Manager called and would into my complaint. The following Sunday I had to Call Twice to get my paper delivered late ! Let’s see what happens this Sunday.
the last three Sundays I've had to call about no paper delivery. The message now tells me the problem has been referred to the Manager.
No one has contacted me or delivered the paper last Sunday ! Please advise on how this non-delivery issue will be resolved ?
